Just like any other community, our communities include people from a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences, and mindsets. We take pride in the fact that our communities give this diversity of membership an interesting place to interact, share, learn, and grow. In keeping with this spirit of community, we have a core set of principles that must be followed by all members:
feedbacknigeria does not edit content posted in our communities. Provision has been made for a users to edit their contents within 10 minutes of posting. Feedbacknigeria may, in our sole discretion, take action against users who post material or engage in activity that violates these principles or the Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable. Such action may include , without notice, termination of your feedbacknigeria ID and everything associated with it, including email accounts, groups, posts, pages, and profiles.

Feedbacknigeria is a new Social Media which provides a platform for Consumers to communicate with Providers of products and services in Nigeria. It gives opportunity for a consumer who may want to Ask a Question, Give an Idea, Report a Problem or Give Praise and for the Supplier to Answer Questions, Learn Customers Needs, Solve Problems and Delight Customers.
In this increasingly competitive world, organisations find they need to interact more and more with the users of their products and services. Accountability to the public is today an essential element of service provision. We are all human and make mistakes from time to time. This is not a problem as long as mistakes are realised, redressed and improvements are made for the future.
